Deliveries to the Convention Center
Due to space limitations, any products or materials shall not be delivered to the Oshkosh Convention Center more than three (3) days prior to the event. If delivered more than three (3) days out, a daily storage fee of $100.00 will be assessed. When sending packages, label must include name of group or convention, date of event, on site group contact, and number of boxes, # of #. Outbound shipments, shipping instructions, and paperwork are the sole responsibility of the Company/Vendor. The Oshkosh Convention Center assumes no responsibility for unmarked boxes left behind. Any boxes left longer than three (3) working days after departure shall be discarded.

Cancellations
Cancellation of your event must be received in writing, and results in loss of your deposit. Should you need to change dates, half of your deposit shall be kept.

Tax Exempt Status
A copy of the Tax Exempt Certificate must be received with signed contract.

Miscellaneous Charges
The Oshkosh Convention Center will assess charges for damages incurred during the event due to misuse or abuse of Oshkosh Convention Center property. If excessive cleaning is required, you will be billed accordingly. Affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceiling of the rooms with staples, nails, or tape is not permitted. Confetti, glitter, fog machines, open flame candles, etc. are not allowed. Should there be a day-of-event room set change, a $1.00 per guest fee will be assessed.

Payment / Credit Arrangements
Payment for all services is due upon completion of the event. If credit has been established with the Oshkosh Convention Center in advance, payment is expected within 30 days of function. Food & Beverage services will be invoiced separately by Cater.

Deposits
The Oshkosh Convention Center requests an advanced deposit of one half of the total room fee, to be received with the signed contract. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill. Social events are required to pay full room fee with signed contract.

Guarantees
Guarantees are required 72 hours in advance. Please call the Convention Center with actual attendance and with any room set changes.

Food & Beverage
A licensed bartender at all functions will dispense alcoholic beverages. Everyone consuming alcoholic beverages must be of legal drinking age and have proof of I.D. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to consume alcoholic beverages for any reason. Anyone in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the function. According to Wisconsin Administrative code (DH & SS, Section 193.07) no food may be brought into an event at the Oshkosh Convention Center, the only exception would be a cake which is discussed prior to the event. Excess food will not be allowed to leave the premises as the Convention Center and Fratellos has no control over proper storage and handling. In order to prevent liability, the policy must be enforced.

Room Assignments
Appropriate rooms have been reserved based on the information received. If actual attendance is not what had been anticipated, the Oshkosh Convention Center reserves the right to substitute meeting rooms to accommodate the change.

Services
Copy and faxing services are available in the Event Sales Office.
Faxes: $3.00 first page, $1.00 per additional page   Copies: $.20 per copy.

Responsibilities
The Oshkosh Convention Center is not responsible for missing or stolen items. All items must be removed at the end of your function.

 
 
     
The Holland-Zeeland Hearing Loop Initiative is in place at the Convention Center. This Loop System will broadcast sound directly to individuals wearing hearing aids. This innovative device was donated by the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation.
